"I'd been aware of Ansür saddles for some time, but hadn't made an effort to try one. I realized early on, as I was learning about them, that you really just have to put it on a horse and try it yourself. You can't compare it to anything else, whether it's riding bareback (which it isn't!!), riding in a synthetic saddle, or anything else. I finally got the push I needed to try one myself when I saw Carole, and the saddles at Equine Affaire. Carole was confident that once I tried it, I'd never want to give it up. Boy, was she right! I LOVE my Ansür. I didn't think it was possible to feel this comfortable and secure in a saddle. I also didn't think it was possible to feel so clearly what your horse is doing underneath you (not just the back muscles either, but the whole horse). It's easier to stay with greenies and anticipate any shenanigans; it's easier to keep yourself and schooled horses straight;

it's easier to feel how nagging soundness problems are doing in old schoolmasters. Everything is easier. I've loved this saddle on every horse I've put it on. From now on, my Ansür will always be my first choice. I really like how light weight this saddle is too, and the way it fits every horse. It intuitively makes sense that horses would prefer this, and they continually "tell" me in every way they can, that it's better.

My advice to people curious about the Ansür: Try it! You have absolutely nothing to lose by trying it. You might just find "the answer" to problems and questions you didn't even know you had." – Laura P.

Who is a member:

You automatically become a member when you buy (or if you bought) your Ansür saddle new from Ansür Saddlery. When you purchased your new Ansür saddle you also received the details of your saddle serial number, which will now become your Alliance membership number. Membership in the Alliance is for as long as you continue to own the saddle.
