"… after years of dealing w/Schleese saddles, having them fitted, adjusted, readjusted, etc, etc. I bought one of your saddles in April. I didn't get a chance to test one, just called and ordered it.

To make a long story short, we just got back from the USDF Region 2 Championships. My horse Renselaer & I won the Adult Amatuer Training and First Level Championships with scores of 71.6% & 74.4% respectively. I couldn't have done it without the saddle!

Thanks again!"

"I'll be brief:

I was in saddle hell. My quarter horse and paint had both grown out of my wide Klimke-Miller and all efforts to find another saddle that would fit even one of them were proving fruitless. My QH had gotten so bad he actually tried to bite me in the saddle- a behavior that was completely uncharacteristic of him. It was obvious that I had to find another way.

A friend told me about the Ansür. I ordered one from sheer desperation. End of problem. Both of my horses go great in the Ansür. There is no more tail-swishing, bucking or biting attempts. I was pleased with the quality. I've ridden in it three times and already the horses are starting to trust it, lifting their backs more quickly and striding out confidently. With a couple more weeks of trust building in the saddle (and more competency on my part), I expect to see even more improvement. Also, after three rides, my own position is improving. I found I pushed my leg back in my old saddle to obtain the right position. My trainer has been on me about just letting my leg hang in the Ansür-whenever I put it where I usually do, it's too far back! While I originally did experience problems with the saddle slipping to one side (oh dear, am I that crooked?), I am pleased to report that in my last ride the saddle did not slip at all and I am confident my riding is improving.

I just had to write when I found myself deleting all my tack shop bookmarks this morning. My old saddles go on eBay this week. It is a complete relief to have this issue resolved at last!

Thanks-"
