"Just wanted you to know the saddle arrived in fine shape today. I spent 2 hrs just looking at it, worried. The Ansürs are sooo odd looking!! When I brought it to the stables, two other woman just looked at it with me commenting, 'that is the oddest saddle I've ever seen!' I was already missing my sold Stubben.

Then I got on (the first time since surgery). I felt immediately incredibly balanced, I mean really balanced. No fighting anything anywhere to sit right. Just balanced. Then I trotted off and my knee hurt. Yikes on my knee! But the suede is wonderful, and with full-seat breeches the suede is a real security blanket for an old amateur like me. I absolutely fell in love with the Ansür ride. Cricket loved it - happy, head and ears up, just loved it. Soooo, I'm so happy I made the switch. "Your team exceeded my expectations.

I tried my new saddle out on my two thoroughbreds (one narrow--Monty, one medium--Buddy), and I can't wait to start working them harder, knowing they are not in any discomfort. I refuse to ride a horse that's sore or hurting. My more experienced thoroughbred, Buddy, didn't make anxious faces when I girthed him up, and he lowered his head and neck more in the test ride. My husband said when he applied leg pressure, Buddy turned for him without use of the reins. Bravo. Monty didn't like getting girthed up, but he and his narrow back have been on 'vacation'. The shims are helpful for Monty - now Monty is going to get an education.

The saddle's design is remarkable, well thought out, and comfortable to ride. I started trotting and said 'wow'. I can actually feel the horse move beneath me and have support as well. The extra personal touches are fantastic. Thank you again."
