"It will be hard to make this brief, but I will try! I spoke with you about 4 months ago regarding your saddles. I was about 6 or 7 months pregnant. You told me to try it and also shared with me your basis for design of the saddle. I decided to try it. My husband and I are both downhill skiers and I said "honey, this saddle is either like the new parabolic shaped skis or the..." he finished my thought with "or the Solomon rear-entry boot". The first advance has revolutionized downhill skiing the latter was a huge flop and encouraged a poor stance. I have decided this saddle is a true advance like the parabolic ski. What an amazing difference! I was so excited and having so much fun that I really rode beyond when it was safe (not something I am proud of or would advocate but my horse is a 15 year old QH who has been my partner for 7 years). I have so much to learn with my new saddle and I feel like I have a whole new horse. My son arrived on the scene a little early and a little colicky. I get to the barn often to ride and to help relieve the stress (my daughter is 17 mos old and my son is 8 weeks). I think of you often when you told me how riding helped you through your battle with breast cancer. Riding helps me through this tough but blessed period of my life. Sounds dramatic, but your saddle has made a big difference in how I am managing the stress in my life. I used to longe 2 days a week. I hardly ever longe now because I am always excited to see what new things we can do! Duncan is extremely happy and more fit than I've ever seen. And we are just beginning. The area behind his withers is filling in with muscle. My gut tells me he went from saying "I can't" to "I won't, okay maybe". Some maneuvers would take me 45 minutes just to get him to try it. Now I ask once or twice and he does the maneuver, realizes it doesn't hurt and moves to the next task. All of this is possible, of course, because first and foremost he is forward and free. Very hard to make this brief, I have had so many "light bulbs" go off in the last few months. I just wanted to thank you very much and my horse thanks you--7 years is a long time to struggle with performing in a physically uncomfortable situation. My husband and kids thank you for sending their mom and wife home from the barn with a smile on her face every time.

Warm regards,"
