Terms of Service for purchase of Ansür Saddles

Payment Terms:
|
Customer understands this is an agreement to purchase a made-to-order saddle, which will be delivered only upon advance payment in full of the purchase price. Purchase price includes a 5% non-refundable deposit in event of cancellation of a standard, non-custom saddle. A 15% non-refundable deposit will apply in event of cancellation of a saddle having custom features. If customer pays by credit card, customer agrees there will be no charge back or other non-payment or delayed payment upon delivery of the saddle.

Return Policy-Custom:
|
If custom features are chosen, the saddle is not returnable.

Return Policy-Standard:
|
Purchaser of a standard saddle who is not completely satisfied with the new saddle, may return it, UNUSED, within seven (7) days of delivery, for exchange, credit, or refund. A refund or full credit (less 10% restocking fee) will only be given if the saddle shows NO signs of wear. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
IF YOU WISH TO RETURN ANY SADDLE OR ACCESSORY, YOU MUST OBTAIN A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER FROM ANSÜR SADDLERY NORTHWEST, LLC.
NO RETURNED MERCHANDISE WILL BE ACCEPTED BY ANSÜR WITHOUT THE RMA NUMBER CLEARLY DISPLAYED ON THE RETURN CARTON.

Warranty:
|
The Ansür saddle is warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year under normal use and service. During this period of time the saddle will be repaired or replaced following verification of the defect by Ansur Saddlery Northwest, LLC. (See warranty card for details.)

Attorney Fees and Costs:
|
Customer agrees that in the event this contract is placed in the hands of an attorney for collection or enforcement, with or without commencement of suit or action, Customer shall pay Ansur Saddlery Northwest, LLC reasonable attorney fees, and all collection/court costs incurred, including any such fees and costs incurred in any appeals.

Customer Acceptance:
|
Unless customer declines the above terms within 3 days of receipt of this confirmation, the order will be presumed accepted. Customer hereby accepts all the terms and provisions of this contract, and authorizes the work to commence.

Governing Law and Venue:
|
This contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Washington Law. Any litigation arising out of or in connection with this Contract shall be conducted in Clark County, Washington, USA.
